My keyring has just arrived and when I try to run the .exe nothing happens. I'm on XP.
Any suggestions?

I have the exact problem and operating system. Could this be a quirk of media centre edition?

Thanks for your response, I did wonder if that was the problem I will try on another computer and see if it will load and get back.

I just went and got one of those keyrings (ok so it was free with flybuys points).. What a load of rubbish it is!! the tiny cd looks empty of files and when I plug the thing in via the usb cable it says it needs formatting but you cant format it..
think I might throw it away, not worth the hassle going back to shop..

My 7 year old son bought me one for Christmas. I've had the same problems installing the software. I have followed the prompts for installing the software and get message to say installation successful however when I try to load the photos onto the keyring the software is not there. Have gone back to the shop (very unhelpful) they had success in loading the photo's using vista (I think) I have XP. When I got home tried it again and just had the same problems. I agree I think the rubbish bin is the best place for it.
