1. Voting opens at 9am on January 14th 2008 and closes at 5pm April 14th, 2008.
2. Voting is open to everyone regardless of location, but votes will only be accepted for New Zealand Web sites. Any New Zealand Web site that is based in New Zealand will be accepted regardless of domain name extension.
3. Only one vote per person per category will be accepted. Multiple votes (block voting) will be discounted.
4. NetGuide reserves the right to reclassify a Web site that is entered in the wrong category.
5. You may use our logo and/or banners on your site to promote your site for the 2008 People's Choice NetGuide Web Awards. The logo and banners must not be altered without the express permission of NetGuide. You can encourage your users to vote for your site as long as you do not offer any form of reward and/or incentive for voting.
6. You must ensure that you do not use our name, logo and/or banners in a way that suggests that NetGuide is endorsing your site. NetGuide does not and will not, in any way, endorse a Web site. NetGuide's announcement of the top sites/winners does not constitute an endorsement.
7. The winning Web site in each category will be decided by your votes or by NetGuide choosing the winner in the category from the five sites that recorded the highest number of votes. It is at NetGuide's sole discretion whether or not it exercises this right.
8. NetGuide (ACP Media Ltd) reserves the right to remove age restricted or sexually explicit Web sites from the list of nominated sites.
9. ACP Media Ltd accepts no responsibility for lost or misdirected votes.
